9th International Convention Mundo Hidro
Start, Recreate & Diversify

We want to continue Believing that it is All Worth it… Believe that even if it is not always easy, and that sometimes there is no light at the end of the tunnel and the return Is not certain or even for now…It is Worth it! It´s worth continuing to invest in training, in being Better professionals and even better persons.

Take advantage of the special promotions of the first dates, we do not want the crises to be an excuse for not having you around us.

This year we also want to be more ecological, therefore we are using less paper (minimizing pages of the convention magazine and using more internet communication (can you help us with that?).

These 3 days we invest in and wait for all year around, so we can offer you Excellence in training, wrapped up in Smiles, Energy and the famous MH Hugs.

José Charro – Client Support in Sporting Organizations, a Differentiation and Quality Factor.
The proliferation of public and private organizations that sell sporting orientated services for physical and psychological well-being of the citizens carries with it a constantly progressive search for service improvement. These are the virtues of competition.
All the components characterizing our organization are important to determine the ability to create and retain new clients; where the space is, how easy is the access, services variety, installation design, equipment quality, etc. However, one component has been revealed as essential and determinant to the success of our organizations, and this is the way we receive and deal with our clients.
One recent study from UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles), shows us that amongst clients that leave Health Clubs 14% do so due to price changes, but 68% leave because they had a negative experience and felt indifference from the staff. Did I get your attention???

Nuno Santos – Swimming School: Plan, Act and evaluate a Project
The market evolution of Sporting organizations and their increased competiveness demands the support of a well defined Organizing Structure. Professional success depends on being able to take care of the details and being able to apply them to the new tendencies that the market demands. With this WS we will share fundamental strategies to build a Project for a Swimming School with both competitive and leisure purposes.

Francisco Estevão – Management and Planning in Aquatic Fitness.
How to stay motivated and fresh when teaching 10 classes per week of aquatic fitness? How to plan classes in one season? How to manage effort? How to captivate and retain your clients?
Periodizing activities; event proposals; effort optimization; analyses of the Professional characteristics that are demanded and those achieved. These are the teams approached in this theoretical and practical WS that will give you an injection of motivation for the rest of the season.
